Business Situation

Fred. Olsen plans a project of implementing a new cargo ticket management module making improvements on organizational level both internally, regarding productivity and cost reduction, as well as externally, regarding corporate image. From the cargo customer´s point of view they have an easier and clearer management of their operations regarding booking, ticketing, billing and credit management. On internal level the module would allow the users, cargo customers of Fred. Olsen and web admins, to execute the different tasks implied by their role. Also the tool should use the current web services of Naviera´s booking system that are currently used by the company and different partner integrations.
