The objective of the Canary Islands HR Awards granted by Aguilar Abogados, Adecco, Link Soluciones and Wolters Kluwer, with the participation of FREMAP and the collaboration of the Official Associations of Social Graduates, recognize and highlight the best practices, policies and initiatives in the field of people management within companies and organizations in the Canary Islands..
On this occasion, the jury has highlighted the work that Intelequia is performing in all areas of HR and Talent Management, giving special relevance to our efforts to combat the gender gap in the sector of information technology and communication, achieving strengthen in our roadmap a strong commitment to reverse this trend, as well as in the implementation of policies that favor the personal, family and work reconciliation of all team members.
We are aware that in our sector gender equality is not only a matter of social justice, but we firmly believe that diversity in all its forms is essential for the success of our company and the industry in general and we are finding that our efforts led from the HR department and Senior Management, are giving results that have turned out to become an incentive to move forward in the implementation of new policies that improve the quality of each of the people who make up the IntelequiaTeam and of course its inclusiveness.
