In this case study we analyze how IMT, a company specialized in IoT applied to the logistics sector, secured all its systems and data in a multicloud environment by implementing Microsoft security solutions (Microsoft Defender for EndPoint and Server, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Azure Sentinel and Azure Active Directory Premium).

Virtual Assistant

One of the main challenges for Cosmote was to share the cultural heritage of Greece in order to guarantee its future and favor its digital inclusion with users from all over the world. To this end, it decided to rely on Intelequia to develop an innovative AI-based virtual assistant for the "Cosmote Chronos" app, capable of answering more than 14,000 questions.

BPS contacted Intelequia to review the current performance of the site to see what user load it could tolerate in a high traffic scenario, as there had already been some issues in the past. The solution is a site based on the Evoq Content version of DNN Platform, hosted on-premise and already using CloudFlare for CDN management.

This virtual assistant is able to share with users who visit the Tenerife Tourism website more than 4,000 activities to do on the island, answer more than 10,000 general questions about any activity, beaches or towns to visit.

The EOI of La Orotava relied on Microsoft 365 solutions to boost the digitization of its educational center and meet the training needs of its more than 1,000 students completely remotely
