W4TT is a valuable initiative that aims to enhance women's capabilities in STEM careers, increase their participation as speakers in technical talks, and raise the visibility of female talent.
W4TT offers a series of engaging talks organized around different themes such as motivation, economics, development, data, Power Platform, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and new generations. This event presents an excellent opportunity to learn from professionals with extensive experience across various areas of the tech sector and to promote the visibility of female talent in STEM careers.
At Intelequia, we celebrate and support diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and we are proud of the participation of our colleagues in previous meetings. We invite everyone interested not to miss the 9th edition of Women for Technical Talks (W4TT) and to enjoy the valuable presentations and experiences shared by women leaders in the tech sector.
The W4TT community on LinkedIn has over 800 members, both women and men, who support each other by sharing calls for speakers, experiences, advice, and resources related to technical talks, as well as recommendations for LinkedIn Learning courses on public speaking.
Additionally, it organizes monthly meetings through video calls that include presentations and discussions on technology dissemination, as well as special events designed to highlight female talent. Our goal is to create a space where women in STEM feel supported and motivated to share their knowledge and experiences in the tech field.
The topics of the talks are organized into different tracks covering motivation, economics, development, data, Power Platform, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Power BI, and new generations. During the sessions, each “Host” will share her experience in the tech field and her professional journey.
