Intelequia obtains the Great Place to Work Certification with 87% of its employees considering it a great place to work.

The entire Intelequia team, we are tremendously excited after being awarded with the prestigious Great Place to Work Certification, highlighting that 87% of our employees consider it a great place to work and reaffirming our commitment to talent and the satisfaction of the entire team.

We join the community of certified companies in more than 80 countries that have been evaluated by GPTW, an international entity dedicated to evaluating work environments and promoting the improvement of the work environment. Obtaining this certification highlights the importance of the milestones achieved at team level and in the talent policies that we are currently working on from management.

The evaluation methodology used by Great Place to Work includes the Trust Index, which measures employees' overall satisfaction with their workplace relationships, and the Great Place to Work Model, which takes into account the perceptions of all employees regardless of their position in the company. Intelequia has obtained outstanding results in the satisfaction surveys, far exceeding the average of similar companies in our sector, in aspects such as leadership, companionship, growth opportunities, recognition and benefits.

Among the most relevant data obtained in the survey, 92% of employees say that they can be themselves in the workplace, 97% say that special events are celebrated and 95% consider that they can count on the collaboration of others. These results reflect our commitment to talent management, diversity and inclusion, and promoting a positive employee experience on a daily basis.
