We are proud to announce our sponsorship and participation in the 8th edition of the Women for Technical Talks (W4TT) event to be held on November 15th and 16th. W4TT is an initiative that seeks to enhance the capabilities of women in STEM careers, increase their participation as speakers in technical talks and give visibility to female talent.
From Intelequia, two of our outstanding employees, Estefanía Ramos Alonso from the Human Resources department and Desirée Cabrera Déniz, Business Development Manager, will be sharing their knowledge and experiences in this online event. W4TT offers a series of interesting presentations divided into different topics, such as motivation, data, economics, Power Platform, Power BI, development, artificial intelligence and new generations.
Estefanía Ramos Alonso will present a talk entitled “Human Resources: A guide to the selection process”. In this session, Estefanía will address the importance of motivation and innovation in the growth of the technology sector, providing practical tools to confidently prepare for selection processes. She will also talk about the full cycle of the process, from the CV review to the final interviews, sharing tips to highlight the competencies and experiences of the candidates.
Desirée Cabrera Déniz will give a speech entitled “Humanizing Data: Putting the End User as the Focal Point.” In this 20-minute session, Desirée will discuss the importance of humanizing data and the focus on the end-user experience. She will also discuss how collaboration and co-creation with the end user during the dashboard development process can lead to more informed and efficient decisions. In addition, he will reflect on how a manager's vision can change by recognizing that without adequate end-user consultation and participation, proposed solutions will not be fully operational and effective.
