How do you integrate emerging technologies into Intelequia's strategic direction and what message do you have for young women who want to take on leadership roles in the technology sector?
At Intelequia, as a technology company, we integrate emerging technologies in our day-to-day business with a proactive approach.
We continually evaluate the technological landscape to identify relevant trends, both for our clients and for our own operations, by fostering a culture of innovation with multidisciplinary teams.
To adopt any type of technology, it is necessary to align our technological capabilities with the strategic vision of the company, incorporating new technologies in our operations, automating internal processes and improving the experience of employees and customers. And of course, measuring the impact with specific metrics and KPIs that allow us to adjust the strategy according to the results, to ensure continuous improvement.
Message to young women who want to take on leadership roles in the technology sector.
- Believe in yourself and your capabilities, and persevere. Self-confidence is fundamental to overcome obstacles and challenges, and to achieve success in the management of a technology company.
- Work on your credibility through continuing education and training.
- Don't let fear of failure or lack of experience prevent you from taking on leadership roles.
- Surround yourself with a good team of professionals who complement your work, people you trust and who support you and share your values.
Build a strong network of contacts and look for examples of people with industry experience. Collaboration and mutual support can open doors and provide valuable learning opportunities. Take advantage of opportunities to participate in industry events, where you can share your experiences and learn from other women who have faced similar challenges. Remember that your voice and ideas are important, and serve as an example and support to other women, so necessary to transform the technological world.

What initiatives does the HR department implement to support and promote the incorporation of women in STEAM careers, and how do you think these actions inspire new generations to join the technology sector?
From the Talent department, we have implemented key initiatives to support women in the technology sector. We have developed HR policies that facilitate work-life balance, allowing women and men to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. We carry out mentoring and continuous training programs to boost professional development, and we make sure to recognize and make achievements visible.
With these actions, we seek to inspire new generations, demonstrating that success in the technology sector is possible and that STEAM careers are attainable options.

How has the development of cloud solutions impacted your work and what opportunities do you think it offers for women who want to enter this field?
I personally believe it has significantly impacted my work, especially during the pandemic. It has allowed me to work as efficiently as if I were in the office, improving both productivity and the quality of services and solutions in the projects I am involved in.

How has technology transformed your approach to sales and how can this inspire new generations to incorporate technology tools into their careers?
Integrating technological tools into my career optimized my performance and efficiency, giving me a competitive advantage in a highly digitalized labor market.
In addition, these tools improve my organization and productivity not only on a professional level but also on a personal level, helping me to better manage my time and responsibilities. Becoming familiar with electronic calendars, collaboration platforms, project management and data analysis applications are of vital importance to innovate and adapt to the rapidly changing business and personal environment. What motivated you to specialize in IT and how do you see the role of women in the technology sector in the near future?
The presence of female technology and computer science professors who engaged with students and conveyed their enthusiasm for the subject were my main reason for having an interest in this field and wanting to specialize in it. In the near future I aspire to see an increase of women occupying positions of relevance and leadership as they possess the skills and qualifications to make a valuable contribution in these roles.
